Acceptable Use Policy

1. Follow the law

You may not use Clipboard to create, store, retrieve, or distribute content that is unlawful where you or we operate, or to facilitate unlawful conduct.

2. Respect rights and confidentiality

Do not store or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights. Do not upload confidential material unless you are authorised to do so.

3. Do not harm people

You may not use Clipboard for harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.

4. Do not compromise systems

You may not use Clipboard to distribute malware, stolen credentials, phishing material, destructive payloads, or instructions intended to gain unauthorised access to systems. Legitimate defensive security research is permitted when you are authorised and comply with law.

5. Do not abuse the service

Do not evade rate limits or access controls, probe the service without permission, automate abusive account creation, interfere with other users, scrape the service, resell access without approval, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. High-risk data

Do not use Clipboard as a password manager or store authentication secrets, private keys, payment card data, or specially regulated health data. Clipboard is not currently designed for those categories.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report conduct where required by law. We will consider context, severity, intent, and recurrence when deciding how to respond.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to hello@clipboard.work. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or content without sending unnecessary personal data.
